A seasoned service industry professional with over 12 years of Front of House experience, Tina has worked in a variety of restaurants, with a deep knowledge of high-volume, fine dining service and she has experience serving premium seafood. She has recruited, trained, and managed FOH teams to bring an authentic, quality guest experience. Tina comes to Beatrice from service-driven concepts such as Oceanaire and Dino’s Steak and Claw House.
Tina also spent nearly nine years tending bar for both large chains and private catering companies. She has a rich understanding of drink programs, craft beers, microbrews, and wine pairings to complement a variety of menus and palates.
An alumni of UNT, this native Texan brings a naturally warm sense of hospitality to all our guests. She is excited to deliver on our mission to deliver a memorable dining experience that includes elevated food and drinks in a place where everyone knows they belong.
